Returnering og refundering


1. General Return Rights (EU Legal Right of Withdrawal)

In compliance with European Union consumer protection laws, all customers have the 14-day cooling-off period to return or cancel an order without providing any reason. This return period starts from the day you receive your package.
To qualify for voluntary return, you must send us a return request within 14 calendar days after delivery. After our confirmation, you have another 14 days to send back the items.

2. Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for refund or exchange:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached
  • No artificial damage, stains, smell, or personal traces left on the products
  • Final sale items and discounted clearance goods are non-returnable and non-refundable
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not meet the above conditions or show obvious signs of personal use.

3. Defective & Wrong Items

If you receive defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package. You need to provide clear photos or videos as proof. We will offer free replacement, full refund or partial refund solutions according to the actual situation, and we will bear the corresponding shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Fee Rules

Voluntary return (personal dislike, size unsuitable): Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. The original shipping cost paid during purchase will not be refunded.
Responsible return (defective, wrong item, quality problem): We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a full refund as compensation.

5. Refund Processing Rules

After we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet the return standards, we will process your refund within 14 working days.
All refunds will be settled in the original payment currency Euro (€) and returned to your original payment account.
Please note that any bank handling fees, exchange rate difference losses or third-party payment platform fees are borne by the customer and will not be refunded.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations do not support return or refund applications:
  • Return request exceeds the 14-day legal return period
  • Products are worn, washed, damaged, stained or missing original tags
  • Damage caused by improper use, artificial damage or private modification
  • Subjective reasons such as slight color difference, minor size deviation and personal aesthetic dissatisfaction (which do not affect normal wear)
  • Clearance sale items marked “Final Sale”

7. Exchange Service

We support size exchange and style exchange for eligible products. If you need to exchange items, please contact customer service first to confirm inventory and exchange procedures. Exchange shipping costs shall be implemented in accordance with the return freight rules above.

8. Policy Update & Interpretation

VrcomfyGargen reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest policy published on the official website shall prevail. Continuing to use our shopping service means you agree to the updated terms.
